Lobster
We source both warm and cold water MSC lobster. Our coldwater lobster is sourced from Canada and Maine. Warm water lobster is sourced from Central America and Africa.
Prawns
We offer a wide range of prawns including Vannamei, Black Tiger, Senegal sticky prawns, Fresh water and deep sea (FAS) prawns from such origins as Ecuador, Asia, Africa, Canada and Argentina. Our lines are all ASC, BAP and MSC accredited.
Crab
We specialise in Snow Crab from Canada, with access to Jonah, Softshell and Blue swimmer crab from around the world.
Scallops
Our premium line of scallops includes offshore frozen-at-sea and inshore production sourced globally from Canada, USA, Japan, and Peru.
Squid
Extensive range of squid from multiple sources. From frozen at sea whole squid to pineapple cut squid with specialist sources from South Africa and California.
MSC Tuna
We only source the gold standard of MSC Tuna sustainably sourced from Mexico. We have independent auditors on each vessel to uphold the highest standard of sustainability.
Hake
Our Hake is sourced from Namibia and South Africa. It is both land frozen and frozen at sea and MSC certified in a wide range of specifications.
Octopus
We source our Octopus from the Mediterranean Basin and Portuguese Coast. We can offer a range of specifications from whole raw & cooked to sliced tentacles in various packaging styles.
